Ignite Your Future 4-year Degree or Certification Scholarship- Word doc— Provides scholarships to Wells County residents who are pursuing a 4-yr degree in advanced manufacturing, industrial technology, machine tool technology, or engineering, sales or marketing, organizational leadership, or entrepreneurship. Ignite Your Future Workforce Preparedness Grant- Word doc — Provides a grant to Wells County graduates with a 2-or-4 year degree or certification. Up to $500 to individuals to acquire tools and supplies they need to begin work. Preference given to individuals who have received a degree/certification in advanced manufacturing, industrial technology, machine tool technology, or engineering. Wells County Master Gardener Scholarship-Word doc— Provides scholarships to students studying horticulture, landscape architecture (with consideration in allied sciences, i.e.: forestry, botany, plant or soils sciences), must live in Wells County and be accepted into Purdue University. Teaching Scholarships

Mary Elizabeth Steiner Babcock Scholarship— Scholarships will be available to education majors planning to teach at the elementary or secondary level. Candidates will be entering their junior or senior year of undergraduate studies. Must have completed at least two (2) years of full-time study at an accredited state supported college or university within the State of Indiana. GPA of 2.0 or higher. Be a legal resident of Wells County.
Ralph A. Broman Educational Scholarship— Scholarships will be available to education majors who have completed two (2) full years of study at an accredited college or university and are planning to teach at the elementary or secondary level. GPA of 2.0 or higher. Be a graduate of Bluffton High School residing in Wells County.
K. Robert Ehrman Educational Scholarship— First priority will be given to those students planning to teach instrumental music. If there are no qualified candidates, then scholarships will be available to all education majors planning to teach at the elementary or secondary level. Must be a legal resident of Adams or Wells County. GPA of 3.0 or higher. Candidates may be completing undergraduate work or continuing education at the postgraduate level. Have completed 2 years of full-time study at an accredited college or university.

Mary V. Reinhard Scholarship— Awards scholarships to individuals who have completed two years of full-time study and are pursuing a degree in elementary or secondary education, intending to enter the teaching profession. Be a legal resident of Adams or Wells County. GPA 3.0 or higher.

Sellers Family Memorial Scholarship— Provides scholarships to individuals who have completed one year of full-time study at an accredited college or university and have declared a major in elementary education or vocal music education and plan to enter the teaching profession. Master's level students may also apply. Must be a graduate of Blackford, Bluffton, Southern Wells, or Northern Wells High School. Preference is given to applicants who resides in one of the following counties: Harrison Township (Blackford County), and Lancaster or Rockcreek Township (Wells County).

Nursing Scholarships

Ingeburg Clawson and Glenda Kaye Meyer Educational Grant— Grants awarded to adult students from Wells County or work in a nursing facility within Wells County who have been accepted into a nursing program. The grants are available for individuals who are re-entering school or improving their training.
Edward and Henrietta Goetz Nursing Scholarship— Awards scholarships to individuals who have completed one year of full-time study and are pursuing a degree in nursing, having been accepted into an accredited RN Program. Must live in Wells County and be entering as sophomores, juniors, or seniors in an undergraduate program.

Vance and Marie Wilson Memorial Nursing Scholarship— Provides scholarships to residents of Wells County or those who are employed at a healthcare facility within Wells County. Have been accepted into an accredited Basic RN Program (2-4 year) and have completed a minimum of one semester in the nursing program. GPA 3.0.
